Recently, with the deepening of the heating season, a small number of users find that the radiator will make a sound similar to creak, dada metal impact and water flow after using the radiator. Although the sound is very small, it still brings a lot of confusion to users in the dead of night. So what is the main reason for the abnormal noise of the radiator at home? Through the market investigation of our company's technology department and feedback from dealers, it is found that the abnormal noise is mainly concentrated in the radiator at the end of the system. Based on the actual situation, the following reasons are summarized to cause the abnormal sound of radiator.
1、 There is air in the radiator
The air inside the radiator is the main cause of abnormal sound and non heating of the radiator. The air inside the radiator will cause the water circulation inside to collide with the radiator, and the impact sound will be generated between the water flow and the radiator. So how is the internal air produced? The main reasons are as follows: 1. When installing and debugging, the air inside the radiator is not exhausted. 2. Gas produced in the process of heating by hot water source. 3. Improper installation of radiator and low position of exhaust valve make it difficult for gas to flow out.
In view of this situation, the abnormal sound of the product can be solved by the following methods: in this case, close the inlet and outlet valves of the radiator, raise the exhaust valve end appropriately, open the exhaust valve of the radiator with a flat screwdriver or wrench, and hear the puffing sound until there is no air or water flowing out. Then, open the inlet valve of the radiator and observe the situation at the exhaust valve, Until the water flow is unobstructed and there is no longer intermittent water spraying, close the exhaust valve, and then open the radiator return valve. In the whole exhaust process, you can properly tap the radiator surface with your hand, so that the air in the water can rise, which is convenient for exhaust. If the radiator is not installed properly, the two ends are not level, and the exhaust valve position is too low, it should be re installed to keep the two ends of the radiator level.
2、 There are sundries inside the radiator
Under the impact of water flow, the sundries inside the radiator collide with the inner wall of the radiator to form a sound of impact. This debris generally comes from three aspects: 1. Debris carried inside radiator, pipe and valve. 2. The debris in the water supply. 3. Sundries brought by improper operation during installation.
In view of this situation, the abnormal sound of the product can be solved by the following methods: flush the radiator internally, open the heating plug, and repeatedly flush the radiator with water pressure until the water flowing out of the radiator is clean. In the process of flushing, if possible, it is suitable to shake the radiator to facilitate the discharge of debris. After flushing, install the radiator in place.
3、 Imbalance of inlet and outlet water
When the water inflow and return of radiator are not uniform, the water will collide with the inner wall of radiator, thus producing abnormal sound. In view of this situation, the size of the water inlet valve and the water return valve can be adjusted appropriately to keep the relative balance between the water inlet and the water return of the radiator.
4、 Friction between radiator and mounting Pendant
There are mainly two cases of abnormal noise caused by friction between radiator and mounting parts: 1. Radiator mounting parts are equipped with small plastic sheets, which are used to separate metal from metal. However, in the installation process, the installers do not pay attention to the small plastic sheets, which are lost or not installed, resulting in resonance between metal and metal in the heating process. 2. The installation of radiator is not horizontal, vertical and reliable. During the heating process, there is thermal expansion and cold contraction, forming a pull with the pendant, resulting in abnormal sound. In view of this situation, as long as each pendant is installed with a small plastic sheet, the problem can be solved. If the radiator is not installed horizontally, vertically and reliably. It can be removed and re installed.
5、 Quality problems of radiator itself
In the welding process of radiator production, the phenomenon of false welding occurs. After heat expansion and cold contraction, transportation heavy pressure and turbulence of radiator, the false welding parts are easy to desolden, resulting in desoldering between fin and water channel, and resonance occurs under the impact of water flow. This kind of probability is very small, and this kind of abnormal sound will be fixed in one position, unlike the previous several cases, the abnormal sound may not be fixed in a certain position.
